Join Jules Febre and Clare Nicholls for this weekend intensive exploring the energy body with the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Through a combination of physical practices and theory over the four days we will dive deep into the possibilities of yoga from a pranic perspective.
Jules is a senior Jivamukti Yoga teacher with an international reputation for his wealth of knowledge and ease of communication.
Clare has been teaching and living yoga for more than half her life and is currently dedicated to Hrdayam Bern, a not for profit community run yoga shala managed by Yoga Verein Bern.
